We’re excited to bring Veilo to your doorstep, wherever you are. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will arrive.

 

Within the UAE

Local deliveries are handled by our logistics partner, TOPEX.

  • For UAE orders, a flat AED 35 delivery fee applies.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM will typically be delivered the next business day (in non-remote areas).
  • If you’re located in a remote area, please allow up to 3 working days for delivery.

International Orders

We ship globally with trusted delivery service through TOPEX.

  • A shipping charge will apply to  orders, based on your country:

Note: To make international shipping more efficient, orders to Jordan, the U.S., and Canada will be sent in eco-conscious, lightweight packaging rather than Veilo’s standard branded boxes.

Duties & Customs Fees

Please note that any import duties, taxes, or additional charges at customs are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are set by your country’s authorities and vary by region. Unfortunately, we do not have control over them and cannot estimate costs in advance.
