While we don’t offer returns or exchanges as part of our standard policy, we’re always here to make sure you’re supported if something goes wrong.

In the Rare Case of a Fault

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your item, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing veilowear@gmail.com. We’ll take it from there and do our best to make it right — quickly and with care.

 

About Color & Lighting

We do our best to photograph each product true to color. That said, due to variations in lighting or screen displays, some shades may appear slightly different in person. We appreciate your understanding.
